time lines and details that are not being offered by the Davis camp.

Some of these descriptions are graphic and should be accessed

with caution. It is these specifics that the US Supreme Court,

the Ga. Supreme Court, the Appellate Courts, The Pardons and

Parole Board and the jury of his peers were/are privy to.

Unfortunately the public has not been made aware of many of

these specifics as we were not vocal prior to now. We have allowed

all of those professionals that have been elected and appointed

to do their jobs and provide justice for Mark Allen MacPhail.

It is only recently since all of the misleading information had been

delivered by the Davis camp in an effort to confuse and skew the

facts, that we feel the need to present the TRUTH.
